When you pass by Heliopolis area in Cairo, on the road to the airport you’ll find an amazing structure that’s full of mysteries. Is it a Hindu temple? is it a royal palace? or is it a haunted house?
Baron Edward Louis Joseph Emapain, a Belgian businessman who was fond of Egypt decided to construct a piece of art in the desert at the easter part of Cairo. He was inspired by the Hindu architecture and assigned this task to the Architect Alexandre Marcel to have it done by 1907.
